Our staff includes:

Don Trosper -- Underwriting Agent / Evening Host
Don has been with KACS since November of 2005. He joins us from nearby Tumwater, where he worked in Christian Radio for over 18 years. Belonging to an old established Pacific Northwest family, Don is our resident local historian. He produced "Talking Over Old Times" for KACS, and is a published history author. Don is our evening host, and Underwriting Agent visiting local businesses and professional people. You can talk with Don about being a monthly supporter for KACS radio ministry. You can reach him for underwriting business sponsorship at 360-292-5665.

Linda  Kaye -- Midday Host
Linda Kaye Linda is no stranger to being behind the microphone. She has led praise and worship at her church for the past 18 years and has been an Amateur Radio Operator since 1977 (She's such a HAM!...). Linda and her husband Duane live in SW Washington along with their Cavalier Spaniel, Toby and two cats. Linda has three wonderful grown kids and has two passions in life: people and music.

Cameron Beierle -- General Manager / Morning Host
Our General Manager's professional life has been behind the microphone on both coasts of North America. He has been on local stations in Newfoundland, Alaska, and the Pacific Northwest. Cameron has been a pastor and missionary. He is a professional audiobook narrator and has performed over 200 titles. In addition to serving KACS, he operates Autumn Leaf Productions, a voice talent and graphic design home business. He says his wife has "put up with me" for 26-years, and he is "Dad" for two kids. Cameron enjoys gardening, flyfishing, camping, and hiking. He is a photographer, author, and poet. He also plays piano fairly well, and guitar (not as well as piano!).

Eric Pelz -- Volunteer Sunday afternoon host
Chaplain, Maple Lane School, Centralia, WA juvenile detention center, DSHS; Minister, Presbyterian Church, USA, and a KACS Volunteer. Eric says "for many years KACS encouraged me to use its resources to get the word out regarding the mentoring ministry at Maple Lane. Creating radio spots I got to know and appreciate the dedicated station staff, and so I was absolutely delighted when asked to help out with Sunday afternoon announcing." Eric has lived in Washington nearly all his life, and as with many Western Washington residents, has no problem with the rain and fog, "on the contrary, I love it" says Eric. He also loves music, trains and his wife.

Kerry O'Connor -- Volunteer KACS Country & Southern Gospel Hour, Saturday p.m.
Kerry serves KACS in several capacities including hosting the Saturday evening Country & Southern Gospel Hour. The Cathedrals are among his favorite quartets, and he has been known to sing in local quartets himself. He enjoys cars, trucks, hot rods, good music, fun family times and ATV's. Kerry has been a part of the KACS radio ministry almost from the beginning of the station. He is also an accomplished actor, and has given performances of "The Innkeepers Dream" and other dramatic parts at area churches. Join Kerry Saturday at 9:00 p.m., right after Bill Gaither's Homecoming broadcast, for a little local down home country and southern gospel music on KACS.

Kami -- Administrative Assistant - Receptionist
Kami returned to our team in March 2010. Our former Intern is now the first person for you to call whenever you have questions about station events, songs, programs or services. Kami enjoys her dogs, Bible, music, family, and the outdoors (in no particular order). She’s nearly trilingual, with skills in modern Hebrew and Spanish, and has a great appreciation for higher education. Kami is always ready to offer a smile and a thoughtful answer to your questions.
