Things have changed...Quite the understatement. So how are you keeping your balance while everything around us is caught up in the Covid-19 spin cycle? How are you staying centered through such rapid change? Perhaps you've been asking yourself those questions a lot lately. We've all seen how rapidly life can change. One KACS listener e-mailed "Who would have thought things could change so fast. I went to sleep one night, and the next morning woke up in a different world." For many people that precipitous change is when fear, anxiety, stress and panic skyrocket.

My go-to Bible verse in those moments is, "Don't be anxious about anything, but in every situation present your requests to God. And the peace of God -- which transcends all understanding -- will guard your hearts and minds in Christ."

These are uncertain times, and that's why Your KACS Network is here.  We're here to remind you that there is still hope, and that God is still in control.
